First landmark-inspired can-themed exhibition to salute Hongkongers’ can-do spiritup in the sky
The “Yes We CAN!” Exhibition, the first landmark-inspired can-themed exhibition in Hong Kong, is co-curated by sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck and six young artists of the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation (HKYAF) to celebrate the can-do spirit of Hong Kong people. Inspired by the landmarks of Hong Kong, the five exhibits, over three meters in height and are made with more than 20,000 cans,will be placed at the deck according to their actual locations to tell the stories behind the landmarks:

In the east is the Clock Towerin Tsim Sha Tsui, a statutory heritage item and landmark

In the south is the double-deck tram, Hong Kong’s century-old unique public transport

In the west are the Tsing Ma Bridge, a local architectural marvel and the seventh longest suspension bridge in the world, and the Chinese white dolphins, the mascot for the handoverof Hong Kong to China in 1997

In the north isthe bustling streetviewof Mongkokfull of neon signs

17 local secondary students are alsoinvited to create a sampan with cans to represent Hong Kong’s fishing industry and the work will be displayed from end of July at the “Yes We CAN!” Exhibition
The five iconic artworks will make their debut in Hong Kong wherevisitors can enjoy the stunning 360-degree city view and have more understanding of local culture and attractions through the creations in one-go.

New Ticketing Offices Bring Extra Convenience
Starting from June, sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck will open four new ticketing offices throughout the city to offer the public a more convenient way to enjoy the sky-high sightseeing experience**.
The special offer** will be available at the four new ticketing offices during the designated periods: East Point City, Tseung Kwan O (22 to 24 June), wtc more, Causeway Bay (29 June to 1 July), Landmark North, Sheung Shui (6 to 8 July) and New Town Plaza, Shan Tin (13 to 15 July). The ticketing offices will be open from 12:00noon to 9:30PM. Public purchasing tickets at these four new ticketing offices will receive a special gift for free. Tickets will also be available at nine shopping malls operated by Sun Hung KaiPropertiesfrom 11 July to 2 September. The offer** will be exclusively available for Hong Kong residents only.
