The location and operation hours of the above sky100 admission ticket office at SHKP malls are subject to change without further notice, please approach the Customer Care Centers of the above shopping malls for details.

Visitors must present the original ticket voucher bought from the above SHKP malls to redeem the same-day admission ticket at “sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck” Ticket Centre.

Valid relevant identification must be presented before entry. “sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck” will request visitors who are unable to show the identification to pay the price difference for entry.

Ticket vouchers are available while stocks last.

Ticket vouchers and admission tickets are only valid on the specified date and will be void after expiry.

Ticket vouchers and admission tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other offer and/or discount.

Admission ticket is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

Children aged 11 or below have to be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket for entry.
