If the warning is issued before the opening hours, 'sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck' will open in 3 hours after the signal is lowered.

If the warning is issued during the opening hours, 'sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck' will be closed in 2 hours prior the specific Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 hoisting time, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal announced by Hong Kong Observatory.

If the signal is lowered 3 hours or less before the closing time, 'sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck' will remain closed.
