Customer Services Assistant (Part-time)
Duties:
To provide a full range of guest services including answering guest inquiries, managing guest flow, handling the daily sales operations of retail shops and assisting in data collection for the Customer Satisfaction Survey via face to face interviews.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines, students are also welcome to apply
- Basic customer service experience
- Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must. Knowledge of other foreign languages such as Japansese and Korean will be an advantage
- Shift and roster duties on Sunday and Public Holidays are required
- Immediately available is highly preferred
